Event Description

About: Join Ellen and Julia from the Aging and Disability Center of Dane County in this 6-session virtual book club. Together, we will explore and discuss the practical strategies shared by author Jolene Brackey in her book Creating Moments of Joy. Discover how to alleviate caregiver stress while deepening your bond with your loved one. Readings will be divided into smaller, manageable sections. 

What to know/bring: You can check out the book Creating Moments of Joy from your local library, purchase your own copy, or request to pick up a loaner copy from the ADRC by emailing danedcs@danecounty.gov. Classes are FREE, but space is limited, and registration is required.
